Delete your account and data

Last updated: 14 October 2026 · Version: 2026-10-14

This page explains how to delete your account and data in the CoachStamp app (developer: Orçun Demir), what is deleted, and what is kept and for how long. More detail is in the retention and deletion section of the Privacy Policy.

  8. Delete some data without deleting your account

1. Delete your account in the app

  • Trainers: Settings → Delete account.
  • Students: Profile → Delete account.

If you use the same account as both a trainer and a student, deletion covers both roles. For your security, the app may ask you to sign in again before deleting. Once you confirm, deletion starts immediately and cannot be undone.

2. Ask for deletion without the app

  1. From the email address of your CoachStamp account, send an email to destek@coachstamp.app with the subject “Delete my CoachStamp account”.
  2. Say whether you are a trainer or a student, and whether you signed in with Apple or Google. Do not send passwords, card details or identity documents.
  3. We confirm that the request comes from the account holder; if needed, we ask you to confirm from the same address.
  4. We delete the account within 30 days at the latest and email you when it is done.

If you chose Hide My Email when signing in with Apple, your account’s email address is an Apple relay address ending in privaterelay.appleid.com. Write from your own email address that Apple forwards to, say that you used Hide My Email, and include the relay address shown for CoachStamp under “Sign in with Apple” in your Apple Account settings, so that we can match the request to your account.

3. Student accounts: what is deleted and what is kept

Deleted immediately: your login account, email address, profile, notification preferences and push tokens, and the notes you wrote on cancel requests, change requests and disputes. Your upcoming scheduled lessons are cancelled, and in each trainer’s room your name is replaced with “Deleted student”.

Kept: your lesson and credit history is the trainer’s business record, so it stays in the trainer’s records without your identity for as long as the trainer’s room exists. Because the trainer may still recognise those entries, they are not always fully anonymous. Talk to your trainer about any remaining credits before you delete your account.

4. Trainer accounts: what is deleted and what is kept

Immediately: your login account, email address, profile and push tokens are deleted; your upcoming lessons are cancelled, reminders stop and your students are notified.

For 30 days: your room stays read-only, so your students can still see their remaining credits and history.

After 30 days: all data of the room is deleted: memberships, lessons, locations, lesson confirmations, change and cancel requests, packages and price notes, the credit ledger and disputes.

5. Records we keep and for how long

  • Subscription profile: when the account is deleted, we ask our subscription provider Adapty to delete the subscription profile linked to the account’s random billing identifier. If that request fails, we retry automatically every day until Adapty confirms the deletion.
  • Records of accepting the legal documents: the document versions you accepted, the time, the platform and the language; after the account is deleted, they are kept at most for as long as needed for possible legal claims.
  • Technical records: used QR values and rate-limit records are deleted after a few days, retry keys normally after 7 days, notification records after 14 days, and reminder records 30 days after the lesson time.
  • Change requests: resolved change requests are deleted 90 days after they were resolved, even if the account is not deleted.
  • Support correspondence: deleted or de-identified once your request has been resolved and the period needed for possible disputes has passed.
  • Backups: deleted data can remain in backups until those backups are overwritten on their regular cycle.

6. Subscriptions

Deleting your account or the app does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it first in the Subscriptions section of your Apple account on iOS, or in Google Play Subscriptions on Android.

7. Remove the Apple or Google connection

After deleting your account, you can also remove CoachStamp’s connection to your Apple or Google account: for Apple, under “Sign in with Apple” in your Apple Account settings; for Google, on the Third-party apps and services page of your Google Account.

8. Delete some data without deleting your account

You can also ask us to delete specific data without deleting your account (for example the notes you wrote on requests or disputes, or your push tokens). Write to destek@coachstamp.app from your account’s email address. Credit ledger entries are a business record shared with your trainer, so they are normally not deleted; a wrong entry is corrected with a reverse entry. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.
